Our Story
Meet the man who had the audacity to remove what everyone else was adding.
It started with a 1,500 sq. ft. café in Kanpur and a neighbourhood that slowly made it their second home.
The regulars kept coming. The menu kept growing.
More syrups. More sauces. More everything. By all standards, it was working.
Then overnight, something clicked.
He threw out the shortcuts. Shrunk the menu. Kept only three syrups.
Swapped bottled sauces for house-made ones.
Chose fresh farm-harvest coffee over convenience.
Decided every calorie, every protein gram, and every ingredient deserved to be on the menu.
People thought he'd made the café smaller. He was actually making it worth coming back to.
Jaivardhan made a place he could himself call home.
That's how Sidewalk 2.0 began. Three cities now. The same idea in every one of them: if we wouldn't serve it at home, it doesn't make it to the plate.
If we made it, we'll tell you what's in it. If it wouldn't make it to a home kitchen, it probably won't make it to ours.
